Compost Odour Monitoring
We offer a range of fixed continuous odour monitoring solutions for composting sites. These range from room monitors to failure of abatement system monitoring. Systems range from simple low cost inline sensors for ppm measurement of H2S to ppb sampling systems for SO2 and/or H2S to bespoke systems for single or a combination of gases including Terpines (Isoprene). We are regularly asked to monitor:
- Hydrogen Sulphide (H2S) ppb and ppm
- Terpines (Isoprene)
- Total Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC’s) ppb and ppm
- Sulphide Dioxide ppb and ppm

Features available are:
- Most systems suitable for zone 1, zone 2 of safe area gas streams
- Sequential sampling numerous points back to a single cabinet to reduce capital cost
- Dilution systems to prolong life of the sensor/monitor or to reduce concentration to enable measurement
- Data logging and/or 4 – 20 mA analogue outputs
- Wireless communication for text messaging faults or alarm conditions
